We don’t smoke in the accommodations. There is enough space for smoking…outside

Welcome Drink

We always say welcome with a greek liquer. Every house in Marathopoli has a liquer, usually from fruits so everytime a guest goes to a house the lady of the house has always something to treat him. We love to keep the local cultural things.

Swimming Pool

Swimming pool is open from 9.00 – 20.30. Comfortable sunbeds, pool towels and a pool bar.

Private Bathroom

Private bathroom with shower. Amenities for the welcome. We have towels and linen for you. We replace every 2 days the towels and every 3 days the linen.

Restaurant & Breakfast

The restaurant and breakfast area is located in the common area in front of the swimming pool, with a view of the sea with unique sunsets.
We cook the local cusine always with fresh ingredients and of course we use only our pure olive oil.

Wifi Areas

Throughout the resort you can connect with the common wifi, with bandwidth limitations in some areas far from the modem

Laundry Service

After request. You put your laundry in the basket and our cleanning lady will take care of them.

Bike Rental

We suggest nice bike tours in the area. Here you can rent a bike by day or week.

Near the sea

In 2 min by car, in 8 minutes by bike or 15 min walking you will be to the one of the most beautiful beaches in Peloponnese, one of the most favorite beach of sea turtle caretta caretta, Laguvardos beach.
